Shopify development and operations for online retailers
Order questions pile up in the inbox. Stock drifts out of step between the store, marketplaces and the warehouse. Returns are tracked in spreadsheets. We build and rebuild Shopify stores, migrate stores from WooCommerce, and automate the customer service and logistics behind every order.

Common questions
01.Do you only work on Shopify?
Most of our store builds are on Shopify. If you run WooCommerce or another platform, the review will say whether to migrate. If you stay, we integrate with it.
02.Will a migration affect our search rankings?
Not if it is done properly. Every old URL redirects to its new page, and we test the redirects before launch.
03.Do automated replies go out without approval?
Only the ones you choose, such as order tracking. Everything else is drafted for a person to approve.
04.Can we send marketing on WhatsApp?
Only to customers who have opted in, and within Meta’s rules for marketing messages. We set up the opt-in first.
05.Do you support the store after launch?
Yes. A monthly plan covers updates, fixes, new pages and the automations.
06.How much does it cost?
It depends on what the review finds. The review has a fixed fee, which comes off the work if you go ahead. After it, you get a fixed price for each piece of work, in writing.
