01.How much does it cost?
The review is £950 (€1,100, $1,200 or R9,500) and comes off the build. Builds are typically £4,000–£12,000 (€4,500–€14,000, $5,000–$15,000 or R45,000–R150,000), and support starts at £295 a month (€345, $375 or R2,950). You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
02.Why not just buy an app?
Often you should, and we’ll tell you so on the first call. We build when your process doesn’t fit what’s on the market, or the tools you pay for don’t talk to each other.
03.Does AI send messages to my customers?
Only the ones you choose, such as order tracking. Everything else is drafted from your records and waits for a person to approve it.
04.Who owns what you build?
You do. Your accounts and data are held in your name, and you can export everything at any time.
05.What does the guarantee cover?
The review sets a target in writing. If we miss it within 60 days of go-live, we keep working at no charge until we hit it. It holds when every booking or order runs through the system.
06.Are you a compliance firm?
No. We build and run software. Compliance and legal judgement stay with your compliance officer and your lawyer.
