How we work
Every engagement starts with a review of how your business runs. We then build what it recommends and support it after launch.
How an engagement runs
- 1
The review
We spend time with you and your team. We follow a job or a client from first contact to payment and record where time and money are lost. You get a written plan.
- 2
The build
We build what the review recommends, connect it to the tools you already use and train your team.
- 3
Ongoing support
A monthly plan covers hosting, support and improvements. Once one part is working well, we move on to the next.
What the review covers
- How customers find you, including search, reviews and AI assistants
- What happens to an enquiry between the first message and payment
- The software you pay for, where it overlaps and where it does not connect
- Where your team’s hours go each week
- What data you hold, where it is kept and who can see it
- The rules that apply in your industry and on the platforms you use
You get a written plan. It sets out what to do first, what each piece costs and what to leave alone.

Our commitments
-
Off-the-shelf where it fits
If an app you can buy does the job, we tell you on the first call and help you set it up.
-
A person approves customer messages
Drafts and replies follow rules you set. Anything that commits you to a customer is approved by a person first.
-
Your accounts, your data
Websites, stores, phone numbers and data are held in your name. You can export everything at any time.
-
Fixed scope, fixed price
Every piece of work is scoped in writing, with a fixed price agreed before it starts.
Pricing
We do not publish a price list, because two firms in the same industry rarely need the same work. The review has a fixed fee, which comes off the work if you go ahead. After it, you get a fixed price for each piece of work and for the monthly plan, in writing.

Common questions
01.How much does it cost?
It depends on what the review finds. The review has a fixed fee, which comes off the work if you go ahead. After it, you get a fixed price for each piece of work, in writing.
02.Is the review fee wasted if we do not go ahead?
No. You keep the written plan and can act on it with anyone. If you go ahead with us, the fee comes off the work.
03.Do you sell chatbots or AI receptionists on their own?
No. They are cheap to buy and rarely change much on their own. We look at the whole process, from first message to payment, and connect the parts that matter.
04.Do we have to replace the software we use?
Usually not. The review starts with what you use today, and we replace a tool only when it costs more than it saves.
05.Who owns what you build?
You do. Your accounts and data are held in your name. You own what we build for you, and we license the reusable core it runs on.
Not sure where to start?
Book a call. If an app you can buy is enough, we will tell you.
Start with a review
Tell us where your team’s time goes. We will tell you what is worth building, and what an off-the-shelf app already does.
