Every engagement is in writing
Nothing starts on a handshake. Before any work begins you receive a written quote or a one-page order form from BYND Consulting. It sets out what will be delivered, the price, when payment is due, the monthly plan if there is one, and the guarantee that applies. That document, and the terms attached to it, is the agreement between us.
Your data
Your data is yours. You can export it at any time, and when a monthly plan ends you receive a full export. Where we handle personal information for you we do so under a written data agreement. See our privacy policy.
