Software for cannabis clubs and CBD brands
Stock counts drift away from what is on the shelf. Orders arrive at the counter, on the website and through the members’ app, each in a different system. Member records sit in spreadsheets. We build private clubs and CBD and hemp brands a single system for sales, stock, members and staff.
The results
-
Accurate stock
Every sale, delivery and transfer updates the same stock record. The count on screen matches the shelf.
-
A single order queue
Counter, website and app orders arrive in one queue, with the member or customer attached.
-
Daily reporting
Sales, stock, members and staff on shift in one dashboard, in place of spreadsheets and notebooks.

Why clubs and brands choose us
We have built online stores for businesses in the South African cannabis market. We know where standard retail software and payment providers fall short.
Each system is designed for how your club or brand operates.
Member data stays in accounts you own, under a POPIA operator agreement or a UK GDPR processing agreement.
How an engagement starts
The review has a fixed fee, which comes off the work if you go ahead. We discuss the cost on the first call.
- 1
The review
For a club or brand, the review follows an order from the member’s request to the stock count. It looks at how sales, stock, members and staff are tracked today and where the records disagree. You get a written plan setting out what to do first and what to leave alone.
- 2
The build
We build what the review recommends, connect it to the tools you already use and train your team.
- 3
Ongoing support
A monthly plan covers hosting, support and improvements. Once one part is working well, we move on to the next.
What we do not build
We decline some work, whoever the client.
- Public online sales of anything the law in your market does not allow
- Ordering on WhatsApp, which Meta’s business rules restrict for cannabis products
- Marketing aimed at anyone under 18
Regulation
For CBD and hemp brands. The Food Standards Agency and the MHRA set what a CBD product may contain and claim. We build the store and keep your product information in order. Product claims remain your decision and your adviser’s. Customer data is handled under a UK GDPR processing agreement, signed before we handle any data.
For private clubs and CBD and hemp brands. South African cannabis law is still developing, and whether your model is lawful is a question for your lawyer. We build the records and tools around it. Member data is handled under a POPIA operator agreement, signed before we handle any data.
Common questions
01.Do you work with private cannabis clubs?
Yes, in South Africa. We also work with CBD and hemp brands in the UK and South Africa. Whether your model is lawful is a question for your lawyer. We build the systems it runs on.
02.Can we sell on Shopify?
In some markets, with a payment provider that accepts CBD, since Shopify’s own payments usually do not. A club selling to its members needs its own system, not a public store. The review will say which applies.
03.Can members order on WhatsApp?
No. Meta’s business rules restrict cannabis sales on WhatsApp, and a banned number would take your customer service with it. Members order through the club’s own app or website, and updates go by SMS or email.
04.Who owns the member data?
You do. It is held in accounts you own, exportable at any time, under a POPIA operator agreement or a UK GDPR processing agreement.
05.Are you lawyers?
No. We build software and do not give legal advice. We ask every club and brand to take its own.
